Welcome to The Care Records. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Roles and Care Circles

The Care Records operates on a "Care Circle" model. Access is defined by the following roles:

Owner: Full control over the profile, including the ability to invite/remove members and delete data.
Editor: Can add and modify health records, medications, and vitals.
Viewer: Read-only access to the care profile.

The Owner is responsible for ensuring that all invited members are authorized to view the sensitive medical data contained within the profile.

2. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the medication dosages, diagnoses, and vitals entries you record.
All AI-digitized data (from lab reports or notes) must be manually verified by a user before saving. The Care Records is not responsible for errors in AI extraction.
The "Assessment-First" Summary is a tool to facilitate doctor visits. You are solely responsible for the decision to share this data with a clinician and for verifying that the summary accurately reflects the patient's condition before sharing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to breach the security of the multi-tenant isolation or access data not belonging to your Care Circle.
Identify yourself as a medical professional if you are not qualified to do so.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Care Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Errors or inaccuracies in user-entered data.
Medication administration decisions made based on the records in the app.
Clinical outcomes resulting from information shared with doctors via the app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or if legally required.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
